1. Our Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all standard items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at [info@yourworkwearshop.co.uk] or call [01234 567890] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a returns authorisation.

Step 2: Pack Your Item

Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a note with your order number and reason for return. Use a sturdy outer box or bag for protection.

Step 3: Send It Back

Post the item to our returns address (provided in your returns authorisation email). We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Please keep your proof of postage.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We’re happy to exchange!

How to Exchange: Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like instead. We’ll arrange the exchange.

Size Exchanges: Free of charge — we’ll send the correct size as soon as we receive your return.

Colour Exchanges: Free of charge — subject to availability.

Different Item: If the new item is a different price, we’ll either refund the difference or request additional payment.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

📸 Photos of the fault or damage

📋 Your order number

📝 Description of the issue

We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund immediately. You will not need to pay return postage for faulty items.

5. Refund Details

Refund Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing Time: 5-10 working days after we receive your return. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to process.

Original Delivery Costs: Standard delivery costs are refunded for faulty/incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, original delivery costs are not refundable.

Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Partial Refunds: If an item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund.

6. Bulk & Trade Returns

For bulk or trade orders, returns may be subject to additional conditions. Please contact us to discuss before returning.

Bulk Returns: Items must be in original, unopened packaging

Custom/Branded Items: Cannot be returned unless faulty

Trade Account Returns: As per your trade agreement terms

7. Your Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by our returns policy. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement regardless of our returns policy.

For faulty goods reported within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund. After 30 days and up to 6 months, the retailer has one opportunity to repair or replace. If this fails, you may request a full refund.
